Our brilliant Embrace Women’s ministry has been connecting ladies to God and each other and have a deep heart for the community around us. The “Cup of Kindness” event at the end of this month is an attempt to serve and love women from our community!
Do you want to show someone you care or do you know someone who would appreciate some practical help at home? Please nominate a friend, neighbour, shut in, older person or someone you know in our community who would appreciate a practical or friendship “Cup of Kindness” from our Embrace ladies at BRBC.
– Small jobs such as ironing, tidying, decluttering, small cleaning jobs, cooking a meal, caring for a child to allow the parent a break, or just spending some time chatting over a cuppa and cookies.
Ladies please volunteer to be part of a team (in groups of 2 or 3) of those offering that “Cup of Kindness”. Add your name to the list at the church information desk or contact Leonie on 0419654755 or nominate on the Embrace Facebook page by Monday 14 August.
You will be contacted, consulted and provided with details of times and activities the week before the event date 26 August.
